The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is an epic, open-ended single-player game where you create and play any kind of character you can imagine. Be the noble hero embarking on an epic quest, or an insidious thief rising to leadership of his guild. Be a malevolent sorcerer developing the ultimate spell of destruction, or a reverent healer searching for the cure to a plague. Your actions define your character, and your gameplay changes and evolves in response to your actions. Confront the assassins' guild, and they take out a contract on you. Tired of having every person on Vvardenfell know about Solsteim? Do you find it immersion breaking that every Imperial says their son was sent to Solsteim? I was - hence this little mod which adds a filter to the latest rumour topics for Solsteim. Now only a select few groups do (the ones that make sense) see description for details.

I was - hence this little mod which adds a filter to the latest rumour topics for Solsteim.
Now only Jonus Maximus at Ebonheart has had his son sent to
Solsteim - and apart from S'virr who will give you the lift to Solsteim
only NPC's who are Agents and folks living in Khuul will talk about
Solsteim.
So now if you start a new game the people of each region will talk
about the rumours assigned to their area eg Seyda Neen folk talk about
the missing tax collector instead of Solsteim.
Mod - checked with TESAME and TESTOOL and no errors found.
