KarBOOM is still in Open Alpha, so expect more free updates. Having KarBOOM on Desura means you no longer have to update manually when I release a new version -- Desura will install the updates for you.
Progress report
Open Alpha 0.3.5 is still on its way -- I've been slowed down somewhat by exams, but I'm nearly finished (the exams and the update). I have a few finishing touches to make on team play just so it all works as it should in offline and online play.
A few bugs have been squished and the UI has improved a little. Details will come with the announcement of the next update -- which, if you have the KarBOOM Alpha on Desura, will be updated automatically!
Indie of the Year Top 10?
That would be nice! Voting for IOTY Top 10 is still running for another day (at time of writing), so please support KarBOOM in the running. Either way, it's very exciting to have KarBOOM in the Top 100, and I really appreciate the constant support and feedback from the community (both here and on the KarBOOM forum).
