It's from the end of Forget About Freeman. This level is after you take an elevator after reaching in the surface outside the canals, where the elevator has the sign "Black Mesa Central Complex" in top of the elevator.

Yep he is lying dead in the green biostuff:) It's just before Lambda Core, just after you passed a tank and got below with an elevator.I never really liked Lambda Core though..

I remember it
on the machine is a batery :D i remember alot from this place after a elevator you get some grunts than go through a door there is a tank and you can kinda use it to destroy a door if you do that grunts and aliens appear so i always get out and wait so most are dead :D
