(6 Maps) Resuscitation lab (branch of Black Mesa Research Facility) high up in the mountains with a single access route, either by helicopter or through rocky mountain pass, was attacked by soldiers, who, as ordered, successively occupy all escape routes and rooms with a mission to destroy all resuscitation devices and capture last scientists. You (Gordon Freeman) take a helicopter to Resuscitation lab on your own to find and save the rest of your friends, scientists from Black Mesa. Freeman arrives to the Resuscitation lab right at the moment when lower sector is being overrun. Most passageways are already disabled, including electrical elevators and doors. Your mission is to safely pass through lower sector via resuscitation laboratories, eliminate the soldiers and find the captured scientists. That's when the mission successfully ends. You can recognize it by fighter jets flying through (among other things).
