Half-Life: Decay is the the third expansion pack for the award-winning game, Half-Life. It was included as part of the PS2 version of Half-Life. Decay returns to the setting and timeline of the original story, albeit portraying the story from the viewpoint of a different set of protagonists: two scientists working in the Black Mesa Research Facility. Decay is a cooperative multiplayer game, designed to be played by two people working together to pass through the game's levels.

Update November 17th 2023: Removed all contents that were included in the 25th anniversary update for HL1 on Steam. This is all of the official content that Valve/Gearbox has released for Half-Life and Opposing Force Deathmatch on PC that is NOT currently included on the Steam versions of the games. All HL1 content is compatible with Opposing Force. However the Opposing Force maps are not compatible with Half-Life 1.

Yes, but not in the Steam version of HL1, which is what most people play on these days.
