How the hell do you install these model skins? I can't find a model folder ANYWHERE within my steam folders. My steam installation was directly from a game when I bought HL2 - not downloaded.
you have to create the folder, its not there until you make it.
Copy the folders and files in the zip file into YOURUSERNAME\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\player
There should be two folders, american and german. Once the files are unzipped and added here, load DODS and enjoy.
