We had to stop developeing the server cause of many reasons. One of them was that we lost the HDD where was saved the server. Anyway, everything is fixed...
-Roleplay (more like a requirement)

-Player homes and bases (you can buy or craft your contruction kit to make a private settler)

-Mercenaries and npcs lead by players (still WIP)

-3 ranks of Bonus Ranged Damage
-One more rank to perk More Criticals.
-FIXED every perk. Better criticalls and the other perks were failing, are fixed now.

U;GS AND ISSUES
-Some quest are incomplete or got errors, don't worry it will be cleaned and fixed.
-The actual date ingame is not set yet. Is set TLA date.
-It is posible to exploit some quest and beneficious dialogs (i dont even mind yet, not so important)
-The lower zone of the Global Map is still being worked on it.
-New npc based faction. Very powerful, more than Enclave. Also yes, hostile.
-Still mercs and followers.
