A pixelated first person shooter made in Game Maker. Play through an exciting 16 mission Campaign mode, level up and dominate in offline multiplayer-esque Arena mode, survive wave after wave in Survival mode, and build custom levels for export in the Level Editor. Will support Texture Packs and future expansions including new maps, guns, a second episode, and more.

To celebrate the soon arriving First Pixel Shooter: Episode 2, I present version 2.22. This version is more optimized and there should be no issues of lag at all. I also fixed some other little things like stat syncing to GM Server, and more.

As of now, development of this game started nearly 10 months ago, almost a year! It's been quick, and here I am still fixing problems with this game. I hope you'll give it a try, and that it has no problems - if so, I will focus purely on finishing the sequel, and releasing a Level Editor map to play from time to time. I once attempted something like this in game maker about 10 years ago and failed miserably. 10 months as well? That's tenacity. Well done!

Actually, the campaign was finished within just a few weeks. 3 tops if I recall. I added a lot more to the game (level editor, etc.) and fixed alot, so the entire thing was complete within 3 months. I immediately began working on the sequel, while ocassionally fixing this game up and adding new Arena maps. It was fun!

If you mean online multiplayer - it won't be in this game. This game has been long done, and I do not want to add any more to it. The sequel already has functional online capabilities, and will hopefully be improved.

After the sequel is released, I will make a purely online multiplayer game, modeled within the F.P.S. world. Since there will not be any AI, it will allow for more advanced level design - things such as z height.

I believe you press 'E'. The FPS1 equipment system was pretty 'in the dark'.

But you must use it in the life you get it.
