PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FAR CRY 2 IS THE LATEST VERSION (V1.03). THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON DIGITAL COPIES OF FAR CRY 2.

STEPS:

- Extract patch.dat and patch.fat (in "Finos Editor Mod [v1.0.08]" folder) into your Far Cry 2 folder called "Data_Win32". The default path is: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Far Cry 2\Data_Win32

Your directory may be different. I suggest you also create a backup of your patch.dat, or make a duplicate
copy of your whole Far Cry 2 game and run the map editor mod on the duplicate instead.

- Open the map editor and enjoy! In the folder browser (e.g. Utilities, Signs, Detail Objects) in the map editor
you'll see 1 named folder like "Other" at the end. This is the fist new folder with the mod content in there.
Have fun with all of this new folder.
