Mortecha's weapon rules v1.1 Author: Mortecha Date: 25th November 2008 This mod/addon doubles all weapon base damage and quadruples the velocity of all bullets and bolts. I found the game too easy as it was tailored for the console market. This will bring it back to the PC for all those hardcore FPS fans. A word of warning though, it is difficult XD.


Add the Mortecha's weapon rules v1.1.esp to your DATA folder found in the Fallout 3 main directory.


1.1 Fixes laser rifle to original specifications and animations. I will be looking for ways to make the lasers automatic yet retain all of the original animations.

1.0 Initial release.


Unfortunately damage that a weapon deals factors into the in-game equation of weapon durability. So weapons at this stage last for half as long. I will be looking for ways to halt weapon degradation and upload it in the next version.


You can use this esp in your mods but don't forget to credit me for the effort of painstakingly going through each of the weapons.

This mod may actually inspire me to finish this game.
It bugged me so much that I could MAYBE kill a raider after unloading an auto-shotgun into his face (on the hardest setting) that I simply stopped playing.
