Deadly Walkers

Deadly Walkers is a zombie FPS that will give you the feel and the breathless emotions of the old zombie movies. For the First time ever you will fight against real zombies... hordes of undead creatures that slowly will surround you to chew you up! Through your weapons you will be able to mutilate and injure their bodies, but only shooting to their head you will kill them!
Through the eyes of a special forces soldier, the game tells the story, of an apocalyptic plague spreading in the city of London. Nobody knows what is happening in the city... why people are dying... why they are becoming undead creatures! All is has happened so fast, the day after an important meeting of the Laboratory for Disease Control. London is now in quarantine and nobody can escape out from this terror.
The army has been destroyed by the plague, you are one of the last soldiers fighting this war. Your colonel has ordered you to find the biological data of the plague and take the blood of the zombie number 0, the First infected civilian. With his blood the scientists of the Laboratory for Disease Control will be able to make a vaccine against the plague and aid million of people.
Fight for your life through the streets, kill hordes of ferocious zombies, scan and take the blood from the dead bodies, help the survivors, escape from the hidden evil and reach the Laboratory for Disease Control to save London from the deadly plague.
Deadly Walkers is an Indie co-production by Animantz (India) and Dysotek (Italy), it will be released in digital delivery, for PC and Mac, in 2013.

can't wait for beta access buy pass. this game looks sweet keep up the great work
If these are real zombies as the description puts it, then they shouldn't be the result of a disease or virus. Those are infected. Traditional Hollywood Zombies are dead people, they have died and come back to life, powered by unknown forces. That seems more terrifying. Really just my opinion, but hey this still looks really great. One of the better Indie Zombie projects I've seen :)

Zombie is the general term for those two ideas and many others; it's any living thing being controlled by an outside force. Infected are living humans controlled by a virus, the keyword living. Undead are what you've described; they've died, and by some unknown means, have come back and are controlled by the same outside forces (diseases/viruses or other).
Romero left this open ended because it wasn't important or integral to the stories he was telling.

The game needs a lot of work. Plus it's being panned on Greenlight. If only this wasn't another zombie fps.

Just watched the vid for this mod, looks very promising.
Hope there'll be a semi-auto option for the guns though, HELL of a lot of ammo wasted in that vid. Anyway, good work so far.
