Crash Bandicoot Returns was originally to be a simple mod for Crysis. But thanks to Crytek and its graphics engine, the CryEngine 3, it finally gives us the opportunity to develop a game in itself, totally free and for PC. CBR will be a sequel and not a remake of the series.

Hello to you all,
I announce with great pleasure that the project Return Crash Bandicoot is back in action from today!
Having had an external project since last October, I could not take much time to devote to my other projects, including Crash.
However, I still have not quite finished the current project, it will be finished within 1 ½ months. But to see a community also motivated me to want to get back into the project I finally picked up there a little over 2 weeks. So I pretty advanced gameplay, interaction with the boxes and of course I created lots of new bugs to fix! XD
However, most of these bugs a thing of the past, but some remain, as the HUD that sometimes seems to vibrate, or even funds that do not want to destroy the first try, but you can learn more by watching the following video. I want to say that the mode Tornado is not at all developed, the animation has not been created yet, so I use a simple rotation yet. In addition, the camera is attached to the player, I had to detach the camera during rotation, to avoid turning the player XD. So do not get scared by seeing the video!
I hope you enjoy the video and I want to clarify that the existing biped is always the same, ie, Crash always has a strange posture, since the skeleton is not present at all suited to his body. But the good news is that I finished the new skeleton. The bad news is that I do not know anyone who knows how to animate characters, then either I'll have to learn, or I'll have to find someone to do it. And it will also someone to implement it in the game Again, I think I have on my own ...
And finally, I also need someone to create a new camera. Specifically, a camera "free". For beginners, a free camera is a camera separated from the player, allowing the camera to control the mouse and the keyboard player. Currently, the camera responded yet to the player, which is a huge problem to play as you see in the video.
