Demo Hooligans are a common enemy type, usually encountered in survival rooms. Like other hooligans, they are fast and crosshair-aware; however, you'll never see them wearing armour and they are less focused on dodging than their counterparts. This is because their means of attack is a suicide bomb; they run right up to you and detonate, potentially taking a large chunk of your health off. To make things worse, elemental versions exist, and appear with greater frequency as the game goes on. Fortunately, you can turn them against their comrades quite easily; shoot them while they are still among the enemy, and they'll explode over there, potentially killing several.

Watch out for their distinct brown vest, the colour coded explosive on their chest, the cigar smoke, and the constant snorting giggle which distinguishes them from their (only slightly more intelligible) comrades.
