Enemies and the player have stats, player has a strength and accuracy used for attacking and blocking.
Enemies have dodge and accuracy for hitting you or avoiding blows.
Swish noises follow a miss, as well has shield hit sounds on successful shield block.
A failed shield block does half the damage.
Most attacks have different sounds for their strength, however only sword strikes have more than one sound for a shield block.
Monsters don't drop stuff yet, but hits yield gut splatter from both you and them. Several blue stones floating in the level provide some much need live, but you're most likely to die against the golden henchman(captain) since you're such a low level.
Leveling increases HP +10, Accurracy and Strength +1, Accuracy starts at 4 and strength at 1, can also be increased by bonuses and/or equipment later on.
