The current selection of ads is slightly weird... Mmm, the Wendy's burger does look tasty though.

Edit: Hand-crafted jewlery, I can totally see how that would be popular with Moddb's audience >_>

Dare I say...who cares? WoW deserves to be ruined by cheaters. :D

EDIT: Sorry, that was harsh, apologies to all you Warcrackaddicts out there. I know, its a disease, not a choice.

But I guess I just don't have a real answer...I don't mind them though.

If they pay for adspace, they keep this place running. I'd rather they did that then spam the shit out of this place like every other MMO-sell-wank-site does to other gaming sites.

Yup. I see them, and I have a quick laugh at the stupidity of the whole concept of spending so much money to improve your status in a pretend world, thus bringing the real-life stress of the rat-race into a world that's supposedly all about enjoying yourself ;)

Once I've had that quick laugh I then ignore the ads, happy that they are funding my favourite forum. I haven't got a problem with them :)

It's not that we support them, but we use OpenAds, so a wide range of ads appear on our site. If we supported them, then we would specifically state so. This is why we don't allow the posting of advertisements for these types of acts that you have mentioned on the forums, since it's against the User Agreement.
