Totally Original Idea!!! Thread

What about a mod that has nothing to do with World War II or zombies? I know it sounds strange, but it just might work. Of course if you decide to use this idea you have to pay me royalties.
World War II and zombies can be fun. In Return to Castle Wolfenstein we had both, but I want something different!
There seems to be some sort of unwritten law that if you make a mod it has to be about zombies, and if you make a commercial first person shooter it must be about WW2.
I Just finished Call of Duty, and it was a great game, but it was about WW2.
Think about how many first person shooters are based on WW2. You've got Wolfestein 3d, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Battlefield 1942, the winner of the Nvidia Make Something Unreal Contest mod; Red Orchestra, and Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, all of the Call of Duty and Medal of Honor spinoffs, Brothers in Arms, even Blood Rayne, and others that I can't remember.
It's not like we only have one war in history to base a game on!
Then there are zombies. Does anyone have the faintest idea how many zombie mods there are on the Mod Database? Think about all the games that contain zombies. Resident Evil, and all its sequels, Blood, Blood 2: The Chosen, Doom 3, Quake, Duke Nukem: Zero Hour, every fantasy rpg ever made, Half-life and Half-life 2, (though those at least have the unique head crab zombies), Nightmare Creatures, Castlevania, Zombies Ate my Neighbors, Quake III Arena,(you remember "Cadavre" don't you?) and the Evil Dead games, Nocturne, the Blair Witch games, and the list goes on and on.
I suppose that the perfect game would be about zombie nazis.
Of course I am a hypocrite. I complain, but I have every intention of playing every World War II and zombie game that ever comes out, mod or otherwise. Why? I have a serious addiction to games in general, but I assure you that I can stop anytime I want.

I still maintain that the best, most original idea is a mod where you fight zulus on the moon.

yeah and i'm the only one in the world making a mod about gargoyles too and underrated because it's not cs, ww2 or a "omg popular game" SOURCE mod.

You know what REALLY bothers me these days? Almost every single mod for Half Life 2, no matter what it's about, has to have ": Source" after it. Is your mod title so pathetic that it needs "Source" after it to make it cool?

I'm getting fed up of Hl2 mods already, and they just seem to keep coming. I've not even seen more than a dozen finished or near finished ones either. Will this hell ever end?
