Total Annhilation outshined by all Thread

The 1997 game will soon release its sequal TA2 but with Half Life 2 Doom 3 and a bunch of other games it will be all washed up......oh well at least i still have Half Life 2 to look forward to

TA Kingdoms sucks.

it was ok for back then but ya basically without Iron Pluege it sucks

how do you want to compare an rts to fps?

total annihilation 1 was awesome, one of the best strategy games ever (well not counting TA kingdoms, because it really sucked.), im certainly looking forward to TA2

Yeah, I'm looking forward to TA2, too. A pity Chris Taylor isn't working on it, though. TA's graphics were WAY ahead of its time.

i think im looking more foreward to the game that is the "spirtual successor" to TA as opposed to the one thats just named TA2

i'm torn on that issue. i guess it depends on what the "spiritual successor" turns out to be.

Im defenatly looking forward to TA 2 though TA Kingdoms sucked (it was okish with IP) TA2 should help boost RTS back to where it once was....at the top with FPS....anotherwards TA was RTS"s Halflife

nope, red alert was rts's half-life, but now people forgot about that awesome game... (hmm, maybe people will forgot about half-life when hl2 comes out? )

Red Alert?!? TA had better graphics thatn RA2, and it came out in 1997. I wish there were mods for TA though.
