We will soon be starting work on the SG-N series which is loosely related to the stargate series. It will be placed 5 Years after "Stargate Universe". We will be using "OGRE" and "3ds Max" to create the core of the game.

Each player will choose one of 8 different races to play as and will take control a character of that race "which is customizable, using face create software" and travel the universe following the vast storylines to unlock the mysteries of the universe, and the ultimate goal... Ascention. Or you can just free roam to planet to planet building your empire up by waging war throughout the universe, researching new technologies, colonizing new planets, building massive cities, creating alliances, or just spend your time collecting massive amounts of resources to use to reach "YOUR" ultimate goal.

The universe is at your controll, so what will you do...

Given such lofty quantities of positions, what does the team have to show for itself thus far?

So far we have assembled some of the programming.

If you have any questions on that ask our programmer at saint.belmont@gmail.com

Well that and we have only been at this for a month, so far we have worked out the details for creating maps and creating the coding to move a square around a 3d map. Mainly what we have worked on is bouncing around the concept of the game and discussing what we are going to implement. We have only just recently found an engine that suits our needs for what we are working on. What we are now working on is assembling people who know and like working with and creating concept art. Also as i said earlier "I think?" anyone is welcome to join in, we are a freelance company. Were looking for people who want to do this because they just love making games. Well and are fans of stargate...

...And I posted the job listing above because I wish to limit the amount of people we have to work with to make it a more hands on experience, and ease of communication. We are also taking the time to show anyone new to programming or graphic design world the basics before we place them on simpler projects.
Were a growing company, and we hope to keep growing in the years to come, and hopefully come out with some neat titles while we are at it.

Hmm, having 36 developers is not exactly limiting the team. Also you should complete 2 races and a basic gameplay first - 8 races with custom appereance are useless without a good storyline/gameplay. New races can still be added when the basic game mechanics are allready up and running.

Thats kind allong the line we were thinking of... but instead of 2 we were just going to open one race "Human" to test the functionality of the coding, and to run through anything we want to add in or take out.

That and most of the races witht the exeption of 2 look like humans so they will not be as hard to do.
