I can understand a reason for HL Rally, I mean Not everyone can do that stuff, or even will do that stuff, but HL Soccer? Thats a little.........possible for everyone.

Anyways, to my point: its hard for a surban white kid looking like a wigga,
our friend J-Rock, to play cops n' robbers. naturally no one wants to be
the pigs and J-Rock looking like he does, he can attract negative attention.

I think there will always be a place for Sports Games.

Look at how popular American football games are, at least in the US.

Sports are something that most people can sit down, see what it is and jump in, weather in real life or in a simulation.

Sure, I'd much rather play out side, maybe you can't or just wanna play a mod. Soccer is something people can easily relate to, much like the gameplay in Counter-Strike, (plant the bomb!.) It doesn't take hours to learn the rules, it takes a little bit of time to learn the controls.

but still i like its look and is trul y a step up on the mod-scale for editing hl to do it..
i personally dont like soccer games and are few and far between on interesting sports games. but that doesnt mean its not a job well done

I mean to point out that one of the main reasons I play games is to do something I can't do normally in realife. Then I realized my statement was week and retracted it.

Well, I see what you mean, but there are people out there who play "The Sims" so not everybody thinks like you do.
I mean, you can't play a game of Soccer in reallife with 24 other people wearing Brazil and England jerseys and in this huge stadium with a roaring crowd and you do bicycle kicks and play with complete strangers for 3 hours straight without getting physically tired... I mean, that's pretty much what video games are all about. Just having fun... I really don't care if I can do it in reallife because If I wanted to do it in reallife I would... but I guess that's just my opinion
