oh crap! i'll try and get it. I have it as a jpeg image file, and i don't know how to upload it. When i go on insert/edit image, it doesn't really seem to give me any options as to browse through my folders and insert it.

i'll try and put one up

Those are two screenshots i took, but I have a problem with it now. I just realised, that when i move the vertices to make a better gun shape, i am not moving a set of vertices, it seems that i am moving one vertex. So can anyone tell me how to alter the settings or something to change this. I am new to modelling and to blender and i am still getting to grips with it so anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks mobster103

No, the tutorial is on youtube, by Voltlight, How to make a gun in Blender or something along those lines...

Once i do that bit, i get stuck because every time i try to make the plane go on the outline of the gun, i have to move the vertices and i have to move each one rather than one set at a time (the front one and the one behind). Voltlight said i should press B but didn't say when or where sooo....I'll keep trying. By the way, this picture is a restarted model. Not the first original.

I've worked out how. I'll post the images someothertime.
