Half Life 2 ep2, can you remove flashing lights form the car? Thread

Is it possible to remove the flashing lights from the car in episode 2? Do I have to edit the model or is there a specific particle I should remove?

Edit the particle only, I believe.

I believe you should edit the model to remove the attachment points for sprites/particles on the headlights.

There's several way's to do this including removing the actual light from the model animation.
