Character limit for posts Thread

Please change it to something reasonable like 25,000.

That's 25,000 characters, not words.

What are you talking about? I don't want to see a page-worth of text. If you got that much info, use two posts. Thank you.

I've hit the character limit before myself, and it is annoying that once you go over it you can't edit your posts, I must admit.

Sometimes if you go over the limit, it will let you post, but you can't go back and edit it, because it's over the limit. I've done it before >.<

I'de psot about anything that made the game promising. I just mention wepaons a lot becasue I feel that they aren't given enough attention by developers.

Instead of posting videos, pictures, whatever... there's a little thing called a hyperlink. God made em to make it so that you can click and see all that material without having it slapped upon your face.

And about your good deed, you bashed all those PC developers in your other thread. You say STALKER is a good upcoming game because of its graphics, yet you attacked it as well -- because of its graphics!

The fact is, is that all you love in games are weapons, pretty graphics, and effects. you name crappy games such as Unreal II as one of the best FPS games ever because of its graphics and alt-fire weapons. Go play project snowblind or pariah. Crappy games with a bunch of alt-fire weapons you can play with

Since this topic has gone way off the track, I'm locking it. And if my MySQL experience of old serves me any good, I think the character limit is because of a limit set in a DB entry of type text. So nothing really we can do about it.
