Hey Im still learning the exact methods that will work for me and I dont have any time to do anything at the moment because of university projects. However I have been following this thread at zbrush central which explains alot of things which will be necessary for any next gen developer to know... Zbrushcentral.com
Its 15 pages but theres lots to learn from.
Hey thanks I was a bit surprised but of course all is forgiven, it was just a misunderstanding.
Thanks for checking out my art, I have been drawing for a long time(well as far back as I can remember) but only recently Ive decided to try working on my character design and concept design skills. I have made great progress lately with character design and have been studying anatomy and even bought a good book called "Anatomy for Fantasy Artists by Glen Fabry" which basically includes most of the genres of characters seen in computer games. I have also made great progress in character modelling and am getting to the stage now where I could potentially create a complete normal mapped game character model as per UT2007 standards and I am so keen to try that!
This is all just on the side of my Design for Interactive Media Degree for which Ive done animation and game design and advertising/marketing. So I can basically use alot of different softwares and have many skills but I really really want my 3D artist skills to shine through :).
So thats why I thought Id join moddb, to speed up my learning and get some experience and have fun getting my designs and ideas out there.
