I prefer 4 and 8. You get the cybernetics without it becoming too busy as to become unreadable, and the visual design of the two seem the strongest. You could continue those motifs throughout the rest of his costume and kit to pull the whole gestalt together. |

They all look good but no. 7 looks the best for a basic one the rest have to much stuff on them unless they are like part human part robot : ) would be cool add abit of it to the face on the cheeks |

They are all stretched a bit, aren't they? I don't see a pilot in any of them, though the drawing itself is good. Perhaps try a more loose approach first and ground your study on elements from reference (e.g. helmets, pilot gear, spacesuits). As it is now this guy looks more like some kind of bionic man. --
