is it possible to make a gun in blender and use it in my mod.. its either blender or xsi mod tool and i have had a history with belnder so it should be easir but is it possible. thx |

A little more info would be nice (what engine, for example). But generally speaking, you can use just about any 3d package that your heart desires |

Yeah, i remember tossing up these choices earlier. It really depends on the model which you would wan't to use, so without further information we can't give that much help. Although, i believe that xsi is friendlier and has more support than blender. It all depends though. -- Every mountain can be climbed. |

For source there are two exporters and one importer. If you work with static props you can use the first one ( import/export ) if you want to work with rigged and animated actors you need the second one ( export only ). Both should be linked on the valve wiki if I'm not mistaken. |
