When we started our game...title was Spinning Heroes...but someone said that they could sue as soo we change it to Beyblade:Spinning Heroes
cuz with first name we were doing the same as they but with our name like we own beyblade(like we invented it)

Well if you aren't looking to make a financial gain then you would be fine in any normal circumstance.

But since they have a game, that you clearly acknkowledge as your competitor. Then you realease your game based off of their Anime story and intellectual property/ it being similar to to their game or game play even if your game is free they can claim you are hurting their financial gain through your mimic free version of their intellectual property.

My advice would be Find out where the actual "spin top blade battle" game concept orginated.
If it orginated somewhere other than the Anime cartoon then make your own original game based off the origin of the game.

Btw our game wont be like they...we will have different story...but it will actually have all beyblade generations characters/beyblades/places...
But there are a lot of new beyblades we made
I watched TornadoTwins unity tutorials and in first one..they said:Find a game that already exists/make it similar but add new stuff in it(short version...maybe something is missing) soo basicly our game has all of that:Where did you see beyblade PC game,A beyblade game that has all Beyblade generations...and btw I think there are only 2 3d beyblade game and both for Wii
Btw if you suggest to change the name why we didnt even made the game yet soo we are not hurting their financial gain...if this is the problem then when we make the game we could change it(the title is just that people know what is this game about)...if title is not a problem then we will keep it
