V1.3 UPDATE!!!!
Sprite changes (AA-12, Assault Rifle, Chainsaw(1 sprite fixed), Quad Shotgun(Muzzle flashes fixed), Flak Cannon(Positions fixed))
Some DECORATE changes (LMG's Actor name is now M249, added A_SetPitch for Quad Shotgun, LMG, Pistol)
Sound changes (AA-12 now has XM1014 sound)
