Best Crystal Dynamics games were the Legacy of Kain games. Blood Omen 1,2, Soul Reaver 1,2, and last but by no means least Defiance.
Are there SDK's available for this engine? Specifically the Deus Ex version?
Nope. If there was an SDK for DX:HR, it could be modded by the community and made into a good game - but you can thank Square Enix and Eidos for that.
