Well, not exactly: The mod uses features specific to the Skulltag engine (www.skulltag.net), so you'll need that in order to play; on the other hand, Skulltag will also need a copy of of doom2.wad in order to run, and the copy of doom2.wad that comes with the steam version of doom2 works perfectly for that purpose. ;)
It's giving me an error with ZDoom. Heres what it says in the console:
