PC GAMER Review of Depth Hunter "The environments in Depth Hunter are quite pretty, there are giant manta rays, which are fun to look at, there are a lot of activities and a free mode for just swimming around on your own. Overall this was an enjoyable simulation, right up until I was horribly murdered by a cursed immortal pirate and forced to serve for all eternity in his underwater pirate army, never again to know warmth or rest or peace."

MMOMFG "Beauty is often under the surface - One thing that immediately struck my attention was how beautiful the game was. Seeing that the recommended computer specs were nothing special (Duo core processor, 1 gig of ram and 256 mb video card) this game delivers. I loved going into the depths and just taking in the scenery. Each enemy was detailed, and the rooms were organized in a haphazard yet elegant way. The transitions were seamless, and the underwater effects were very well done."

4.5/5 Twin Geeks "At eight hours, Deep Black: Reloaded isn’t especially long and there’s little replay value to be had, but with its impressive graphics, intuitive controls and fine blend of fun and thrilling arcade action and exploration in richly detailed environments you’ll enjoy every last minute of those eight hours. While it’s true the TPS market isn’t lacking in titles and Deep Black: Reloaded might not be a game-changer, it’s still a thoroughly entertaining game and different enough to deserve your attention. And, with the current launch price promotion, such good value that you can pretty much forgive its shortcomings."
