Seems to be for Doom, but Duke Nukem?
Also doom 1, 2, final doom pls ?
I have used this mod for all my doom doom2 Tnt and Plutonia and it works for me I only use Bat files to mod my Doom... I am kind of "against the grain" and refuse to use mod loaders... never had any luck but hang on here... make a notepad.txt file with the following >>>

gzdoom.exe Brutalv21.pk3 SilentVoice.pk3 -noborder exit
-------------------------------------
Afterwards Rename the Notepad.txt to Notepad.bat and make sure all the files are in the same folder, Tadah! right click to sort by type and double click the file to play with no mouthing off from protagonists!
PS I play the duke3d levels for doom a lot when I found this mod... It isn't mine It just seems to be packed onto that dvd that I burned with an old copy of brutal doom... See I still make physical Backups of all this stuff so If I lose internet connections I can still reinstall, as I tend to lose connection for some long times... I hope this helps you.
Let me know if it doesn't and I will upload the other novoice mod I have but as far as I can tell this one will remove the silly Duke Voices in the Duke3D levels for Doom2.
