The enormous mutated fly is now in CoC, spawning as swarms all over the zone. It makes an excellent flying "partner" for the komar.

Install instructions:
Copy the "gamedata" folder into CoC dir, overwrite files when asked.
A new game may be required so that the changes can be applied into the game, because this mod uses a custom squad_descr.ltx file.
This addon is natively compatible with the Komar, Bear and Rotan's.
To play also with the Tark, please apply on top of all mods the provided compatibility patch.

Well, look at this "beauty."
It's a good thing that packed next to my container of Cajun seasoning for the catfish, I've got a collapsible flyswatter handy.
Usually catfish will eat flies, but THESE flies are big enough to eat the catfish!

I just want to point out to those that consider having large mutant flies as being a "ridiculous" addition to the game, that there ARE species of small, normal flies in the REAL world that can cause a LOT of pain, and very quickly.
This summer, as I was working behind my vehicle, a horsefly landed on me and bit me so hard that I had a stream of blood running from the middle of my calf all of the way to the top of my shoe.
NOT fun.
Oh yeah. I remember as a kid when my dad would take me and my cousins to a lake where we would spend time, but we had to go back early because horseflies would appear at some point past afternoon.
These guys are no fun.

There is already a page with mutants, is possible i think but it will require a lot of time.
I dont "create" them, i am only adding them to CoC, they were made/ported from other games by different 3D artists whose names you can check under "credits".
Mutated spider as a standalone yes in the future mutant pack i will release ok.

The same mutants we have now in single addons plus wolf and spider as standalone creatures,and possibly a mutated bear. In a month probably.

Install always the "newer" ones on top of the older ones, bear and catfish to run together require an edition of monsters.ltx (configs\creatures) so both .tx files are added (it's very simple, 15secs job).
I will release in some weeks a mega pack merging all mutants in a single addon.

Awwww hell naw.
Spawn flies from corpses seems to be working now. But because NPC's don't seem to be looting mutants atm these may need to be toned down as they will be common as dirt.
Script added to spawn flies from unharvested mutant corpses.
Fixed so fly spawns at corpse rather than at actor.
