Doom 2 correct chaingunner sound & rate of fire addon

Doom 2 chaingunner uses shotgun firing sound and slightly slower rate of fire than the player. This DeHackEd patch gives the chaingunner the same sound and rate of fire as the player's chaingun, making the heavy weapon dude a bit more deadly.
