This is a weapon replacer that turns the Bizon into a beautiful weapon, model and texture-wise both.
Also, thanks to Jadey M, it now includes some cool animations!
Also has balance changes to make it much more fun to use.

INSTALLATION

The mod was made with FOMOD in mind, it's recommended you use Mod Organizer 2 (MO2). If not, manual:
Simply extract the "gamedata" to your main Anomaly folder.
Look for addons in "addons", extract gamedata from it to your main Anomaly folder.

PATCHES/ADDONS INFORMATION

- EFT Reposition Patch. Patch for "EFT Reposition", which changes how the gun is positioned.
- "NO-STAL-GIA" Skin. Changes the texture to resemble something GSC would make for ShoC, with dark green plastic parts.
- "TRITIUM". Adds a red tritium optic fiber to the front sights. If using "NO-STAL-GIA" Skin, it will be yellow-orange instead.
- "Bizon Reanimation". By NickolasNikova. An alternative animation for the Bizon that you can find here: Moddb.com

Model-wise:
- New Model made by Vankrupt Games, heavily optimized by Blackgrowl.
Texture-wise:
- Single 2048x2048 texture saved at DXT1 with Nvidia Tools, this reduces size and avoids strong compression artifacts.
- Single 2048x2048 normal map with professional-made specular saved at DXT5.
* Optional "NO-STAL-GIA" texture that changes the way the gun looks by increasing metal contrast for internals and giving plastic parts, such as foregrip and grip a greenish tint similar to what the AK weapons have in Shadow of Chernobyl.
Balance-wise:
--- Upgrade Scheme has been made more unique;
* Almost all trees are "Static", for example, the second tree is purely for more reliability until Caliber change, while the fourth tree is for Firerate.
* Later upgrades allow you to change its caliber, either to 9x19 Parabellum or 7.62x25 Tokarev.
- The gun is now unable to use a silencer, unless upgraded. Said upgrade also comes with some penalties though, such as lower RPM and slight increase in condition drop.
* It is now the SMG with the worst accuracy unless upgraded, but best handling and recoil.
* RPM changed from 680 to 650 (You can upgrade it to roughly 900)
* Condition drop remains the same, however, if taken all Reliability upgrades, it will be extremely reliable in which only about 2.5% or 3% is dropped at full mag with clean ammo.

Not compatible with mods that change "w_bizon.ltx"
Incompatible with one file from "Grok's Balanced Overhaul Of Ballistic System", it is heavily recommended you use "w_bizon_up.ltx" from this mod itself.
A merge/patch can be done relatively easily though.

Also, no, this mod is not and never will be compatible with any "ultra 4k AI HD upscale textures" or whatever mod.
I also forbid you from doing any AI Upscale, if you do, at least keep it private.

Can someone post a patch for ballistic overhaul? I understand emerging will be easy, I have win merge but I’m not sure what takes precedence in doing a manual patch. It seems like someone would come up with a patch for ballistic overhaul pretty quick, any help would be appreciated.

The 7.62.25 version seems to work with the provided mag in that caliber but the 9x19 magazine wont slot into the 9x19 version of the bizon. Also getting unhandled exception errors with EFT and AWAR when upgrading to 9x19 version or 762x25, but that's fixed by deleting the .itx files for the bizon from those mods. Also the full reload sound route needs to be added to the .itx.
So its like 90% functional with the mods that most people use and I would imagine the 9x19 mag fix is as simple as editing the itx files for the bizon 9x19 mag but I'm not very familiar with those files and the quick look I took didn't reveal anything that blatantly told me why the mag isnt working with your 9x19 version.
I'm running GAMMA also but the only files that it interacts with are the EFT patches and Groks Ballistic Overhaul so I don't think that has much to do with it as removing all duplicate .itx files doesn't fix the 9x19 mag functionality.
EDIT: Pretty sure all the 9x19 mag needs to work is a section added in the 9x19 smg itx file as its not there in the version of the mod I'm running.
The new update has some problem with the fomod installer. says tritanium folder not found or something along those lines and says it might be faulty fomod installer. Also, should there be preview pictures in the installer? if yes, they are not showing

Seriously though, it's nothing particularly huge or game breaking, just missing ogg-comments on the sound files included with this mod.
Well, I don't know what this is or how it happens, so I don't think I know how to fix it, good thing it's not a gamebreaker then.
Anomaly uses so called "ogg-comments" to define some audio variables such as min and max audio carry distance, and Max AI distance where NPCs react to different types of sounds like gunshots, reloads, footsteps and etc.
There's an easy way to set OGG-comments on audio files for Anomaly using apps like SAVandT for example - Metacognix.com
Thanks, I will check this out and see what I can do to fix it, though don't expect it soon since I'm more interested with updates that are major.
Oh ye, I added some .ogg comments for the new sounds.
