Hello everybody! As we are less than 4 days away from the first ever official release of the mod, we wanted to get you all super hyped with a new trailer created for us by MrCibulka.
Keep on the lookout for the release of the mod on Christmas day!
See you then!
Hows the AI performance, are they smart and able to use your stuff
Everything has to have AI to work in singleplayer. All of that footage was recorded in singleplayer. However, I wouldn't call them the sharpest tools in the shed. We will worry about that later, we just wanted the basics done for the first release. This mod has been 11 years in the making, we just want to get the thing out at this point. We will continue to improve it after release.
Just 222 days after the "We're back" post and here we are. Incredible! I haven't commented much (if at all) but I've definitely been following closely. This is the first FPS around the Korean War to actually be released, right? Hell of an accomplishment in my book.
Damnit, I accidentally hit thumbs down on this and I can't redo it. Sorry about that. :|
Yup! Never seen any other FPS released YET. There were a few other projects, there was one for BF1942 around the time we started posting in 2007 on moddb, but they died off. Then there is the addon for FHSW minimod that to my knowledge isn't out yet, and even if it was it isn't a stand alone mod by itself like we are. Then there is a mod for Arma 3 in the works but they are having a super hard time with things even worse than we have had it.
We have been SUPER fortunate to have the support of Project Reality, PR:WW2, PR:V, IDF:FFI, BGF and EOD2 mods. As well as some minor, but MUCH appreciated support from the Forgotten Hope 2 Community Map Pack Pacific theater minimod.
So without the help of all of those mods, we wouldn't be where we are today.
Hopefully you enjoy the mod! :)
Wow~So great, man. I like this feel, so enjoy. XD
Getting real damn stoked for this :D
looks awesome!
