Changelog for version 1.2 of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Last Day.

Last Day 1.2 does not require a new game.


  • Added ability to unload all weapons in inventory (U key by default)
  • Added addon manager (JSGME) with support for over 120 addons
  • Added addons GuitarNext v.1.0 and FightCry v.1.0 from Grelki
  • Added bolt from STCoP
  • Added damaged ammo variants to the stock of traders
  • Added Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul
  • Added hitmarks
  • Added huge number of text-related fixes, thanks to av661194 (Russian version only)
  • Added missing carry weight increments to heavy armor suits
  • Added missing files from previous patch
  • Added missing textures
  • Added more force to bullets - bodies react more strongly
  • Added new flashlight beam
  • Added paper with equipment condition assessment from MISERY
  • Added two new axes
  • Added working crafting system, thanks to the Last Day Mod DB community
  • Edited AI simulation in order to increase stability - noticeable on new games
  • Edited player speeds
  • Fixed dialogue with Loki
  • Fixed knife exploit with 100% state
  • Fixed monster placements in Wild Territory, they are no longer stuck in walls
  • Fixed situation when NPC from hostage rescue mission goes to the player by themselves
  • Readded former psi-radius of the Burer
  • Readded mask overlays from Call of Misery
  • Readded missing weapon icon
  • Readded NPC death sounds
  • Readded radiation effect from MISERY
  • Readded former psi-radius of the Burer
  • Reduced quest rewards of MLR - rewards are closer to Call of Misery
  • Removed all non-hunting supplies from hunter
  • Removed dynamic anomalies for greater stability (available as an addon, installed using JSGME.exe)
  • Removed dynamic faction relations that was added in version 1.1
  • Removed injury effects
  • Replaced textures

Woop thank you! do i need to drop all the files into the game data folder? then choose the addons i would like to use or would you recomend a new clean install as im using some addons from the 1.1?

Removing any addons you've got from version 1.1 would be the best choice.

just going to go for a new reinstall i think then go from there... i'll end up doing somthing wrong. i have the mod on downl;oad now will i need the patch still?

There is a reply button on other comments, best to use that. And no, the patch is only needed if you're upgrading it from version 1.1.

Hi everyone, first and foremost Stalker Last Day has become my best Stalker experience, being able to explore the completely whole map and universe of the Stalker series with a sandbox mode and the possibility to be part of a faction, with the ability of just playing according to any style and approaches has stunned me.

Even though you are not ( I think ) the "direct" devs, I would like to thank you for all.

Hovewer I need a bit of help, after a certain amount of days ( 10 days ) or saves ( 253 ), when I try to sleep I get a fatal error crash.

Since it happened to me first in the Great Swamps, I tried to sleep in Cordon without results.

I also tried to delete a few saves but it hasn't worked too.

Since I cannot survive in the Zone properly without regular sleep, I cannot play anymore.

My problem has been solved, that was caused by the "remove thirst" addon of JSGME, this addon is broken.

I have a last question : I heard a few fellow players who have complained about a possible crash resulting in all saves being corrupted upon the entrance in the Yantar area.

It is possible to confirm these rumors and investigate if required ?
