Wolf_2.0 has suggested making the T3B have slightly more narrow tank treads.
I have made the adjustment, and feel it was a good suggestion, for it does make the T3B appear faster than the T4B as it should be.

I think, in the star wars universe, radar dishes make vehicles go faster...
Yeah, it's similar to the Evil Sunz in Warhammer 40k. Instead of "Da red wunz go fasta!" it's "Da disha wunz go fasta!" or "Da radda wunz go fasta!". Epic work on the unit by the way.
