Dungeon ships were floating prisons. More often found in use with oppressive regimes. The Kiltrin was a scaled down version compared to its much more menacing brother, the Lictor. Extremely thick heavy armor allowed shields not to be needed by these vessels, for they could withstand poundings from the strongest of Imperial warships. The Kiltirin was about as fast as a Nebulon B, and sized (changed for our mod's purposes) to be just a bit longer in length, yet far undergunned in comparison. The Kiltirin was armed with 5 heavy quad AA lasers, and 8 dual light laser turrets and a tractor beam.
When a Kiltirin is in orbit above a planet, the planet will receive slightly faster build times for all non-infantry units land/space due to slave labor.
When a Kiltirin is in orbit above a planet, the planet will earn less income, due to its oppressive presence on the planet's populace.
