The New Republic might need something a bit bigger than a piece of a horn to take down the Vong... Say maybe a Imperial SSD flown straight into a WorldShip or something like that...

you´re right Trooper. Pearse just f*ck off, these guys are making a huge detailed mod and they are using there free time to work on this mod and yes they have a lot of work to but I have confidence in there abilities to make the best EaW mod till date (my opinion at least)
What is a great undertaking and eventually a great accomplishment (if you see it through) requires a lot of work.
We are nearly done all our space units, only a few remain and then we begin texturing full time.
We have an organized, 'step-wise' process, and a strong enough team of extraordinary talent to help us get the job done.
Together, we will make something great for everyone

All are finished except one or 2 need to be finished.
That is alot of ships... I think that's as much as some entire mods add...
No, we thank you for making such awesome stuff in your free time and releasing it for free for everybody to enjoy.
Too many people take that for granted when dealing with mods.
This picture is pure awesome, when they are skinned it will be pure double awesome, and when we finally get to blow stuff up with these beautiful ships of Freedom Bringing Death the team will have all of the awesome.
This forever changes the way I think of the battle of Kashyyyk.

seriously great work, out of curiosity what's the plan for land units?
(sorry i don't want to sound overly demanding it's just that i love the look of this mod so far)
some have been made, and we have over 300 land props due to donations from Stargate: Pegasus Chronicals and Triangulum, but we will not be focusing on land until space is first made.
We will get there ;)

i know it will took still a few years for the first early alphathingy release but anyways.... :D
Probably not, I'm afraid. My opinion on this policy is reserved, but it states that the mod is not released until it is DONE. But when it's done.....

This kinda reminds me of the massive fleet you assemble at the end of Mass Effect 3
S'what I thought of too- which itself reminds me of the "rebel fleet arrives at Endor" bit in Return of the Jedi... so we've come full circle :P
This is awesome, both the unit detail and variety :)
So will the popcap allow for the whole fleet as shown here to be deployed? Will we be able to have this many ships in battle at once? Not even sure the game's engine can handle that tbh... O.O
