The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
And the winner was, the EF! It was an epic battle that took 40+ minutes to finish. Early game Scrin and NOD went straight for GDI and took them out within 15 minutes, all the while EF was fighting NOD. After a bitter war between fighting off Scrin advancments and making push's against NOD the EF finally finished them off (with a little help from some Scrin Ion Storms).
Finally the EF and Scrin went head to head. By this point the EF was at Defcon 5 and using EVERYTHING it had. While battling against NOD it was building Guntanks, RX77D's, and Fully Armored Gundam Mk 2's. When it turned to fight Scrin it switched up it's forces completly, building RGM79's, Core Boosters, Core Fighters, Defensers, and as you can see in the pic, Super Gundams.
I am especially happy that they used the Super Gundam. The AI was very smart in it's usage as well, it attacked the Scrin on the left flank with everything it had on the ground, hitting Scrins Attack force full on. While doing that it flew these 3 Super Gundams ALL the way around to the opposite side, avoiding the conflict. Then it flew them in and hit Scrins attack force from behind cutting them off from reinforcments and turning the tide of battle to the EF (up until this point the EF had almost lost it's base twice to Scrin and had rebuilt it from almost the ground up twice).
Oh, and what I wouldn't have given to be NOD on this map. One Liquid Tiberium Bomb would have destroyed Scrins base, look at all that Tiberium! (The Scrin AI went with the Cash scripts, so it was floating in money)
That map lags when I play it for some reason...
Sounds like some stellar AI coding going on here chap. Can't wait to see how itt'll work in the next update when it's released.
