Very good mod!
Looks beautiful!
Though I was confused at first at where to install/download/unpack (considering I couldn't find the "custom" folder, here is an easier guide on how to install/unpack the mod.
1. Download as usual
2. Find the mod and extract it to this location: \Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life 2\ep2\custom (which drive you installed steam on is where the put the first part of the location [ c drive = c: ; d drive = d: and etc...])
3. Test to make sure it installed properly and if you did good job!

That would require a whole new model for her. It would also be be strange for Alyx to gain it out of nowhere.
Here is a gameinfo.txt to turn this into a stand-alone mod. No need to mess with your Episode Two folder.
