Can you please make one for the entire HUD?
I tried but I ran into trouble and never finished. I was working on adding new textures to the game. If I get far enough into that to release here maybe I will try to fix the whole HUD too.
You could maybe use this mod for reference if you ever come back to it. Moddb.com

I have been unable to find the location of the Tenloss disruptor rifle (sniper) crosshair files. So until I do (if I ever do) it will still appear stretched when using the zoom function of that gun.
The 16:10 version has not been tested by me. So if it does not look 100% perfect please tell me so I can fix it.
