New Feature: Coalition Swap launch option

This is a just for fun option to completely mess up coaltions with new nation composition.

Bug fix:

1. Fixed wrong ammo capacity of Stoottroepen 95 and Korps Marinier 95.
2. Fixed Bulsae-2 infantry having 10hp.
3. Fixed UI localisation for coalition swap mode.
4. replaced Japan UK with Germany Japan.
5. Fixed Chinese ztz-90-ii not having correct acc on move with HE.
6. Fixed missing FJB missing fold stock stats.
7. Fixed AI only mode and Creative Mixed mode crashing the game..
8. Fixed helicopter Ingwe atgm having no tracer.
9. Fixed bugged SMAW suppression with HE.
10. Fixed bugged TY-90 missile range stats.
11. Fixed Ferret entac names not showing up in unit cards.
12. Saegaie and Helkat armory filter bug fixed.
13. Fixed gun of harrier ii “equalizer”, it should not be KE, fixed to HEAT.
14. Removed lav iii tua being amphibious.
15. Remove chinook from us marines.
