Description
This is the new Night Elven custom settlement City, base-model borrowed from the Elder Scrolls: Total War with LordNazgul's permission - and texture remade by WarcraftHero.
- WarcraftHero painted the roofs purple, and the stony sides of the buildings he made slightly different to make them less white.
- He then added the Warhammer walls and replaced the Banners with Sulfurions NE faction-banners.
