A series of personal mods, this is: Head Khajiit.

Description:

Khajiit head model.

My goal was to have a better Khajjit head without losing the race feeling.

Upper teeth, lower teeth, mouth and tongue are inluded and they are needed for this custom head.

Animations, expressions, eyes movements and blink, everything works.

This is a low poly mesh, like the ones in OCO.

This Khajiit head can be suitable for both players who want a better head than the vanilla one and those who don't want something completely different from the classic race.

This simple pack contains the head, teeth, tongue, mouth models.


THIS IS JUST THE HEAD MODEL - IF YOU WANT THE COMPLETE KHAJIIT as you see in the screenshots:

'VKVII Oblivion Skin Khajiit' v.2 which will now include this head instead of the vanilla one.


Notes:

The male head has UV and pattern to match Roberts bodies.

This custom head is made for 'VKVII Oblivion Skin Khajiit' textures and it's been added to that pack.

I'm releasing this for players who only want the head to adapt their own custom textures to it in their own game. And for convenience of my future upgrades to the head model.


FAQ:

- Is this going to conflict with OCO? - Any chance there are wrong files in the archive because my Khajiits are all fucked up?

VKVII Oblivion Head Khajiit

One day, more than one year ago, someone told me he loved my textures mod for the Khajiit race but "the vanilla head sucks big time" and asked me why the hell I like it so much.


It made me smile because I know the vanilla head looks kind of goofy, though I wasn't minding that very much, I was accustomed to it.


Besides, when I saw alternative heads for Khajiit they seemed very weird to me and too much different from what I loved in this game.


Then recently, I was testing various things in game and finally realized the vanilla head is fugly.


Really. It's not just about features, the mesh itself is poorly delivered.


So I decided to work on a Khajiit head that would not erase the original feeling, but that is better than the vanilla one.


I like this custom head, it gives to my Khajiit a nice look without being another thing entirely from the classic race.

I hope you like it too.


Animations, eyes movements and blink, mouth movements, everything works as it should and if you ever notice something strange about that, let me know (private message! ModDB is great and even let us customize our mods pages which is absolutely awesome, but we don't get notifications for new comments, so it's better you contact me with a message).


The head is now included in Skin Khajiit, which is the mod to get, except if you only want the head for tinkering to adapt your custom textures to it in your own game. I'm keeping it for now as a separated mod primarily because it's convenient for future upgrades.


Remember, if you get only the head, to put the Khajiit base face parameters like in the 'reminder' .esp file I added. This way the base shape for the race face will truly be the head model. Otherwise the game will deform the head on vanilla parameters created for the vanilla head.


Male and female have a different head, they are not interchangeable, the male head has different UV to match Roberts body and different pattern too for the same reason.

You haven't seen other Khajiit heads mods, those turn this race into kitties, those creep me out! Mine is still a Khajiit! :D

Btw lorewise they are "cat-folk" so...
