REDONE KHAJIIT TEXTURES
This is a complete race pack which includes:
- male and female face, ears, body textures
- eyes textures
- alternative female smaller hands for which I have created nails
- textures for custom nails
- modified heads UV and mended seams
In case you use a female body which requires classic hands or if you use Geechan's smaller hands but don't want to use my hands with nails included, just download the archive: "VKVII Oblivion Skin Khajiit - No New Hands".
My goal was to stay similar to the original, I love the vanilla Khajiits look, so I worked on this keeping the original in mind. I hope you'll like it.

Notes

The female textures are compatible with any HGCE body and all derivatives bodies which use the same UV maps (like ZKEC etc.)
About the male version, this is made for Roberts bodies.
If you run OCO or any other mod changing the Khajiit race, put the plugin (VKVII Skin_Khajiit.esp) after all of them.
These textures are inspired by the vanilla race and the Khajiit Cheshirk's face used as main map, I have taken nuska's colors map based on the diffuse because is really nice and it doesn't lose the vanilla feeling. Overall I think this maintains the beloved vanilla look (loved by some of us ofc).

Notes about Meshes
-------------------
The smaller hands in this pack is the Geechan's mesh for which I have modified fingertips, fixed non-manifold vertex, corrected UV and created custom nails, the seams are mended too.
If you use a body which requires classic hands (or smaller hands but don't want the nails annexed), be sure to download the archive named: "VKVII Oblivion Skin Khajiit - No New Hands".
Modified heads UV maps, so those meshes are needed to get the same pattern result as in the mod pics you see on my page.
I did included the ears mesh because male is separated from female and .egt files match.

Any Roberts male body v5.2 (aka no ancient versions)
Any HGCE body or derivatives bodies with same UV maps (like ZKEC etc.)

- Is this going to conflict with OCO?
No, I made it compatible. It will change the Khajiit as intended and no other race will change.
- Any chance there are wrong files in the archive because my Khajiits are all fucked?
Be sure to have Blockhead installed, it's a requirement.
Be sure to put the VKVII Skin_Khajiit.esp after OCO plugin or any other mods plugins that change races.

Install
-------------------
Extract the archives and put the content in your Data folder.
Overwrite if asked.
In the load order put the plugin coming from this mod "VKVII Skin_Khajiit.esp" after OCO plugin or any other mods plugins that change races.
To uninstall: delete the files from the archive from your folders.
Or use WyreBash to install/uninstall, this pack is BAIN-Compatible.
Install this mod after OCO or any other mods that change races.

VKVII Oblivion Skin Khajiit is a complete Khajiit race textures pack with alternative hands mesh and nails.
This is the - No New Hands - version if you use a body requiring classic hands instead of smaller hands or don't want my mesh with nails.

Does it need a patch with Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2?
No, no patch is needed, I made it compatible.
You can run them together with no problems, you must install Skin Khajjit after OCO, of course, since it's a race pack.
Very impressive. When I come back to Oblivion I will definitely use this. In my opinion this is one of the best Khajiit retextures because its close to vanilla, doesn't look cartoon-like, and appears mostly seamless (just a little noticeable seam around the neck).
Thank you! It was challenging because the beast races have defined patterns unlike the human races, so you can't get away with seams mistakes so easily, in fact I had to work on them over and over. I hope you'll come back to Cyrodiil soon or later!
