Checksum XCWA after 2nd startup. Version 0.78 was released on the github a few weeks ago as a multiplayer only update, but since the only changes were to the multiplayer scenario I decided not to post it here. The main changes to 0.79 are a bunch of QoL events and interface changes, with the main ones being an expansion of the generals list in the military tab and a separate display entry for a general's non attack and defense traits. The odds of a general having a high defense stat have been drastically increased if he has a high attack stat and vice versa. Reworked AI promotion weights to make it more competent at promoting a mix of soldiers and craftsmen. Imported TGC starting borders for most of South America.

## Bug fixes:
* Fixed not being able to upgrade mines in Mandor province.
* Removed Bolivian core from Mailin province.
* Converted some POPs in the multiplayer bookmark to their correct cultures.
* Removed starting Central American rebel brigades in 1913 and WW1.
## Interface changes:
* Renamed the general trait columns from Personality and Background to Combat Traits and Support Traits. Attack and defense values are listed in the combat column and all other traits are listed in the support column.
* Expanded the general display list in the Military tab from 6 generals to 11 generals.
* Brightened up the political map overlay and removed the filter.
* Removed legacy Admin Points resource sprites and upscaled the rest of the resource sprites to their original quality.
## Map changes:
* Redrew province borders in the Middle East.
* Redrew province borders in South America.
* Merged Nunavut and Northwest Territories states.
* Split Carolina state into North Carolina and South Carolina.
* Created Pará state out of eastern half of Amazonas and Goiás state out of the eastern half of Mato Grosso.
* Created Potosí state out of western half of Santa Cruz.
## Gameplay changes:
* Changed the odds of rolling attack and defense traits for generals. Now if a general rolls a high attack or defense stat they will have a much greater chance of rolling a high stat in the other.
* Created an event that sets Research and Development, Healthcare, and Colonial Migration reform levels to No Research and Development, No Healthcare, and No Colonial Migration during a war if the player has less than 50,000 pounds in their treasury.
* Created an event for countries with colonies but no active colonial settlement to automatically switch to No Colonial Migration.
* When asking for a grant, other player nations will be able to see which country requested the grant in the event title.
* Removed Convert Artisans province selector decision and made artisans automatically convert into labourers in mining provinces that have work available at the beginning of the year.
* Reworked AI promotion weights. AI should be better at promoting industry and soldiers.
* Craftsmen can't promote or demote to farmers anymore unless they are unemployed.
* Moved the activation of regular artillery from Bronze Muzzle Loaded Artillery to Iron Breech Loaded Artillery tech.
* Reduced speed of light artillery from 5 to 4.
* Cleaned up Baby Boom, Literacy Campaign, and Change Agriculture decisions. Instead of having a decision for every size state there is now only one decision for each. Costs and effects still scale with the size of the selected province/state.
## Country changes:
###### Russia:
* Choosing to limit wargoals in the Congress of Berlin now gives -10 infamy instead of -5.
###### China:
* Added The Eight Banners modifier which gives large penalties to organisation, experience, morale, and supply consumption. This modifier is removed upon civilizing.
* Increased max tariff penalty from losing a treaty port from -1% to -5%.
* Increased tax efficiency penalty from losing substates from -1% to -2%.
* China does not start with warlord cores anymore and gets them when the warlord era event fires. This makes revolts more likely due to POPs being forced into a singular reactionary movement instead of several different nationalist movements.
###### South America:
* Uncolonized most of the Amazon in 1836 and added decisions to explore it.
* Peru and Bolivia are combined into the Andine Federation in the multiplayer bookmark.
Pls...bring back a cav.arty...its be a very fun, play a full cav nation. And, idk that a problem or not, but Luxemburg have iron in province, and you can expand farmlands, that broke a mine expansion and you can't expand RGO in Luxemburg
Thank you for telling me about the bugged mine in luxembourg it will be fixed. I can bring cav artillery back as a separate unit in the next version too.
