I refer to take them peacefully by decision or event or something like that, if it is possible.
If your friend is playing the UK, you can use the "Negotiated transfer" cb on him which costs 0 infamy and doesn't give a truce. Negotiated transfer can only be used on human players and not AI. As for peacefully taking Belize the Falklands against the AI, I don't think UK would let that happen IRL. When the UK gave Belize independence in 1981, Guatemala tried to claim it as theirs and the UK responded by landing troops to protect the independence of Belize. UK wouldn't give the Falklands to Argentina either, and the UK was Argentina's biggest trading partner before the war started.
