A mod for Victoria 2 HOD that adds several new game mechanics, UI improvements, and extra starting bookmarks.
Description
Checksum CPAU after 2nd startup. Had to release a quick hotfix for the missing cultures in the Multiplayer Grand Campaign mod. When the order of the bookmark moved below the regular Grand Campaign, it screwed up most of the starting primary cultures.

For .55b, I keep crashing as mexico when I try to build an army.

Do you mean that after Soviets beat White Russia, that the civil war fires again, or that Soviets don't finish off White Russia in the first war and they keep fighting over cores for the rest of the game?
