This is the UltimaTech mod for Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3!
I'll be flat out honest: I have had no time to do this. AT ALL.
I have overstepped my estimations way too many times, and now it is down to this:
Game over.
I have decided to stop messing with you all and end this.
However, should someone be passionate enough to mod, I'll still be around for questions about RA3 modding (at a low level, but still) and will gladly review some code for you given proper contact.
If anyone wishes to make another version of this mod, upload it somewhere, inform me of it, and I will gladly try it out and maybe bring this back up and give it an official seal.
I may still be around for other gaming things, as I'm learning coding in a class now (it's in Java, so no direct help, but general mindset and values are the biggest steps). Personally, I'd love to make my own game one day.
Anyways, enough talk. This is the end.

wiian by any chance r u still working on this mod and if so an idea is try and fix up the previous problems in the past versions and just make the mod generally more wacky and crazy.
ok i first had this mod on vista and on the same computer i have now(xp) i loved it. Now i cant seem to acess the mod after a system crash happened. i cant even download the mod. i always do the same thing. pls help because i think this mod is badass!!!! :)
Perhaps you need to reinstall your Operating System?
well the only problem is that when you play with bots they get toooooo powerful....... they never stop building then after 5 min there would be like thousands of units all over the place which makes the game lag.
Did you observe this letting them alone, or actively fighting them?
well i teamed up with 2 brutals agains 3 brutals then we fought on carville. Then after 5 min they had like thousands of units all over the map then my game started to lag eventhough i have 4gbs of ram.

how do i install this mod on windows 7, i created a MODS folder in MY documents/red alert 3, but it still doesn't work, somebody help please, thanks.
I have played some maps with this mod, and I find it somewhat fun, but very, very problematic, as the building times and costs are SO reduced, that the map ends up getting totally flooded with units, slowing down the game extremely. This should be taken into consideration.
